Busy-ness vs. Fruitfulness

Life today is extremely busy. But we tend to equate busy-ness with fruitfulness. That’s the furthest away from the truth. We are contented with being busy, instead of being fruitful. Because it’s much easier being busy than being fruitful. We deceive ourselves, comforting ourselves, or we simply don’t know the difference- with the idea that as long as we are busy, we are fruitful. Busy-ness is not fruitfulness.
Col 1:10 - And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, 11being strengthened with all power

John 15:16 - You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit—fruit that will last.
